3-Hour Minimum Booking
Our standard event booking starts from 3 hours. Shorter sessions may be considered — feel free to discuss your event requirements with us.
1 Live Embroidery Machine
One professional embroidery machine will be set up and operated live at your event.
2-Person Crew
Our standard setup includes 2 crew members to manage the embroidery process and guest personalisation.
Approx. 35–45+ Personalised Pieces
For simple names, initials or pre-approved designs, we can typically complete around 35–45+ pieces within 3 hours, averaging approximately 3–5 minutes per piece.
Actual output may vary depending on design complexity, embroidery size, item type and guest personalisation requirements.
